Rhino HySafe Makes A Strong Impact at ADIPEC 2025

Rhino HySafe recently attended ADIPEC 2025, the world’s leading energy exhibition and conference, held from the 3rd to the 6th of November in Abu Dhabi under the patronage of His Highness Sheikh Mohamed Bin Zayed Al Nahyan, President of the UAE. Andrew Davies and Stuart Lawrence represented the company at this year’s event.

The conference brought together over 239,000 attendees and more than 2,250 exhibiting companies from across the global energy sector, creating an ideal platform for Rhino HySafe to showcase our explosion relief safety solutions to industry leaders, policymakers, and decision-makers.

Rhino HySafe attended the event as exhibitors on the Welsh Government stand, and we’re grateful for their continued support and for their invaluable help with engaging our clients. The British Ambassador to the UAE, Edward Hobart, was in attendance, and it was a pleasure to have a chat with him when he stopped by the Rhino HySafe stand to chat with the team.

This year’s stand footfall exceeded expectations, with strong interest in Rhino HySafe’s VERTEX range of explosion relief panels. These panels are specifically designed to vent hydrogen and other reactive, flammable gases in the event of explosions, addressing one of the most pressing safety challenges facing the growing hydrogen economy.

The response from visitors was encouraging. Several parties requested detailed information about our products, and we had productive conversations with potential agents and representatives interested in future partnerships. The level of engagement reflected the industry’s increasing focus on hydrogen safety solutions as the energy sector continues its transition toward cleaner fuels.

ADIPEC 2025 operated under the theme “Energy. Intelligence. Impact,” uniting industries, investors, innovators and technologists to address the dual challenge of building resilience in today’s energy systems while scaling intelligent solutions for system-wide transformation. This focus aligned perfectly with Rhino HySafe’s mission to provide passive, rapidly acting safety solutions that protect people, equipment, and infrastructure in hydrogen applications.

The timing of ADIPEC 2025 was particularly relevant for Rhino HySafe. With hydrogen playing an increasingly important role in global decarbonisation efforts, the need for proven, reliable safety systems has never been greater. Our VERTEX explosion relief panels, which are full-scale explosion tested and conform to ISO 19880-1 requirements, offer the kind of trusted protection that hydrogen projects demand.

The event provided valuable opportunities to connect with energy leaders from over 100 countries, discuss the specific challenges facing hydrogen infrastructure projects, and demonstrate how our low-inertia rapid-relief venting systems can address critical safety gaps in the market.

As we move into the follow-up phase, we’re optimistic about the connections made and conversations started at ADIPEC 2025. The growing recognition of Rhino HySafe’s capabilities across the energy sector validates our ongoing investment in research, development, and testing of hydrogen safety solutions.

Thanks to everyone who visited our stand and engaged with our team. We’re looking ahead to continued growth and new partnerships as the hydrogen industry expands globally.
