Rhino HySafe recently attended and exhibited at the Hydrogen Industry Leaders (HIL) event, Hydrogen Cymru, held near our central manufacturing facility in South Wales. Stuart Lawrence, Managing Director of the Rhino Group, represented the company and engaged with colleagues from across the hydrogen sector.

The HIL Cymru event brought together industry professionals, stakeholders, and innovators to discuss the development of hydrogen in Wales and the UK, as well as how hydrogen can accelerate the transition to net zero. Rhino HySafe took this opportunity to meet with other experts and customers and explore potential collaborations.
Presentation of VERTEX Explosion Relief Panels
Rhino HySafe highlighted our VERTEX explosion relief panels during the event. These panels are designed and tested to protect people and assets in hydrogen equipment installations. The team answered questions and provided information on how VERTEX panels support safe hydrogen infrastructure.
Updates on Hydrogen Projects in Wales
The event included details on some exciting new hydrogen projects being developed in Wales.
Notable projects discussed were the Pembroke Green Hydrogen project by RWE and the Milford Haven H2 project by Dolphyn Hydrogen. Both projects demonstrate the region’s efforts to expand clean energy solutions and the need for effective safety technology.
